TEXTILE SPINDLE MONITORING SYSTEM.

Compact controller based units mounted on drums to measure yarn length and transfer information over RS485 link.

Zone collectors - microcontroller based that monitor the drum units and send the data over an Ethernet link.
Software at the PC end to update parameters to the remote drums at multiple zones and receive data from them.

COVER GAS HYDROGEN MONITORING UNIT.
3U RACK UNIT - micro controller based that allows user to display cover gas hydrogen PPM based on input received from a sensor bridge. A number of complex calculations are performed and measured temperature is used and if specified limits are exceeded , the unit issues a Hooter Warning. A comprehensive program for user data entry through a keypad and LCD is provided.
